A free, weekly, virtual support group for parents of children all ages navigating these uncertain times.
Parenting in these uncertain times is anything but easy. We get it and we are here to help!
Join Behavioral Health Services of Arkansas for a free weekly discussion voicing the challenges parents experience and presenting strategies to address them. Our goal is to provide weekly, meaningful content and experiences to help you navigate these uncertain times. We will provide tools, advice, and community for how to adjust to our new normal, whatever it looks like and however long it takes us to get there.
This is a space for parents to remind each other that by taking care of themselves, they will strengthen their families and meet the challenge of our lifetime with grace and confidence.
Facilitated by Clinical Therapist, Michelle Coleman, LPC
Virtual meetings will be held each Wednesday from 5-6pm
(August 5th, August 12th, August 19th, August 26th)
