Marsha McClung therapy clinic in Little Rock

If you've visited Youth Home/ BHSA since 2005, chances are you've benefited from Marsha's dedication and support. Since stepping into her role as BHSA's Outpatient Assistant in 2019, she has helped make the client experience better through her expertise in organization, task management, scheduling, and insurance verification.

Marsha brings more than two decades of healthcare experience to BHSA's administrative team. A valued member of the Youth Home and BHSA family since 2005, she began her career in Medical Records before transitioning to her current position. She holds a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with concentrations in Psychology, Studio Art, and Art History, giving her a unique blend of empathy, creativity, and problem-solving skills that benefit the individuals and families we serve.

Outside of work, Marsha enjoys carpentry, various art projects, caring for her many plants, and spending time with her four pets—dogs Moe and Curly, and cats Hungry and Sunny.

"I truly believe in the work we do here," Marsha says. "I am so thankful to be part of a team that makes a real, daily difference in the lives of those we serve."
