Trauma can take on a life of its own and can prevent people from living their lives purpose. Being burdened with past experiences of trauma and worrying about the future also hinder one’s ability to live life to its fullest in the present moment. Karen offers a committed, non-judgmental relationship, combined with ethical evidence-based practice techniques. “The past has no power over the present moment.” –Eckhart Tolle
